Lauren Nelson is a dedicated nonprofit fundraising professional who is passionate about causes that impact children and individuals with developmental disabilities. For the last 21 years in Florida, she has held senior leadership and philanthropy positions with many well-known national and local institutions, including Nemours Children’s Health, American Cancer Society, and Best Buddies International. Lauren currently serves as the Vice President for Philanthropy at Quest, Inc., a central Florida nonprofit that helps people with developmental disabilities live a full life. She also teaches at University of Central Florida, serves on multiple boards in the community, and is in her 12th year as a mentor with the Valencia Horizon Scholars Take Stock in Children program. Lauren loves spending time with her husband Matt and supporting her two sons, Lucas and Jack, in their marching band and baseball activities.

Moderator
Bruce is a recognized leader in the risk management, security, travel risk, and intelligence industries. In 1999, Bruce founded iJET International (rebranded WorldAware) which became the leading travel risk management intelligence and tech platform. WorldAware was sold to GardaWorld in 2020 and is now Crisis24. Bruce received a BS in Physics and holds a MS in Computer Science. His accolades include being named a Global Top 40 Thought Leader by the Life Safety Alliance, receiving the President’s Award from the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), and being recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Executives by Business Travel News (BTN) for his work establishing travel risk management as a critical element of travel.

Lauren works at the Global Security Control Center, where she is responsible for providing essential support and guidance to all business lines within the organization on matters of travel risk management and open-source intelligence collection. Lauren has a background in travel risk management, intelligence collection, crisis management, and business resiliency.
Bill has been with Enterprise Holdings for 21 years and has had the opportunity to hold various positions in daily rental operations, outside sales, and account development. In his current position, he leads a team of Account Managers that engage with clients in the Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville markets. Bill’s team works with businesses through a strategic approach, engaging multiple departments within their company to analyze transportation and travel needs, providing cost savings recommendations, and ultimately customizing a program based around what is important to the client, to unlock maximum business value. His team’s clients not only see significant cost savings through their programs, but increased traveler satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, and efficiency. Bill is active in the community of his current hometown in Ft. Myers, Florida, serving as an advisory board member of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Marketing Advisory Board, and the Lutgert College of Business’s Dean’s Advisory Council.
Geoff Scheibel is a Regional Vice President with IHG Hotels and Resorts, bringing over 15 years of extensive hospitality experience in hotel operations. Currently overseeing a diverse portfolio of 40 hotels across the Southeast, he specializes in premium full-service brands, including Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, voco, and EVEN Hotels. His career spans various sectors of the industry, including luxury and boutique hotels, resorts, and franchised and independent properties across the United States, including experience in major markets such as Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Washington, D.C., and many more. Geoff is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with hotel owners and teams, ensuring that each property delivers exceptional guest experiences. Passionate about innovation and sustainability in hospitality, he is committed to leading his team toward achieving strategic goals while maintaining the highest standards of service.
