Event Overview

Delta Air Lines

Join us at Orlando International Airport for a high‑impact, content‑rich program that brings together the full spectrum of Central Florida’s travel ecosystem. This event is designed to give business travel professionals a deeper understanding of how air, sea, and rail are working together to shape the future of mobility in one of the fastest‑growing travel corridors in the country.

We’ll begin with “The Orlando Corridor: A Unified Approach to Business Travel Across Air, Sea, and Rail,” featuring leaders from Orlando International Airport, Port Canaveral, Brightline Trains, and Delta Air Lines. This powerhouse panel will share what’s coming next for the region, how each organization is evolving, and the strategies that will strengthen the interconnected travel experience for business travelers. These organizations represent the full ecosystem we call travel, and this session will highlight how their collaboration is transforming the journey end‑to‑end.

A special thank‑you goes to Delta Air Lines, the sponsor of this event. Attendees will also receive an exclusive update from Delta on their latest initiatives and innovations.

GBTA education session

We’ll then hear from TSA, who will provide an inside look at current priorities, operational updates, and what travelers can expect as security and border processes continue to evolve.

The program continues with “Empowering Travelers to Save Lives: Insights from The Lifeboat Project.” Ed Gilbert will share critical knowledge and practical awareness techniques that could help you recognize and respond to signs of human trafficking—potentially saving a life the next time you travel.

To close the day, attendees will enjoy a rare behind‑the‑scenes tour of Terminal C, including a look at the state‑of‑the‑art baggage handling system—the ride everyone secretly wants to take.

This is a uniquely immersive event that blends education, industry insight, safety awareness, and an insider’s look at one of the most advanced airport terminals in the country. It’s a must‑attend experience for anyone committed to shaping the future of business travel in Central and Northern Florida.
