Kevin Ortmeier serves BCD Travel’s largest client as the daily account management contact and leader for all technology product discussions. He oversees the client-dedicated technology team, recommends online and offline process improvements to reduce program costs, implements solutions to enhance traveler experience, and collaborates with the reporting team to monitor traveler behavior. Kevin is also responsible for managing the client-dedicated Bengaluru operations team of 40 employees and guides implementations for new business serviced out of India.             

Kevin has more than 27 years of travel industry experience. During the past seven years with BCD Travel, he has worked on multiple account teams. Prior to joining the company, he spent 20 years with America Express Business Travel in various account management roles. 

Linda Kessler

Linda Kessler is an Account Director with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Based in South Florida; she is responsible for managing group and transient spend for over 35 major corporate accounts for Starwood.

Linda has been in the hospitality field over 30 years with vast on property experience in operations and sales before moving to Global Sales.

She spent the past 20 years working in the corporate transient arena for Starwood and has been recognized several times as the Sales Person of the Year by Starwood.

Linda has served on the boards of MPI, SITE and several GBTA chapters.
