Joe is the Lockheed Martin (LMC) Global Travel and Events Lead with direct responsibility for the LMC Global Hotel Program. Joe is responsible for leveraging the Corporation’s travel and events spend and implementing industry best practices in order to maximize best value to the Corporation. Joe has been with Lockheed Martin for over 20 years and he has held various positions in IT, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Before entering the Travel Industry, Joe was an IT Applications Engineer working on the development of the enterprise-wide procure-to-pay solution for LMC Enterprise Business Services. Joe is based in Orlando, Florida.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, Joe attended graduate school at University of Miami, receiving an MBA in Computer Information Systems. Joe received his Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has achieved his certification as Global Leadership Professional (GLP) through the Wharton School of Business in 2016.
Joe is an active member of the Orlando community, proud father of two daughters and an avid sports enthusiast. He regularly enjoys traveling, music, and sporting events.
Gordon Cowley
Director of Travel, Operational Services

Gordon Cowley started his travel career at the airlines. He worked for 4 different airlines ( Morris Air, Southwest, Northwest, and Delta) in various positions including reservations, vacation sales, group sales, charter operations, airport customer service at the gates, ticket counters, ramp and baggage service, training, and airport lounges. After 15 years at the airlines, Gordon jumped to the "buyer" side of the Travel Industry. Gordon now works for CHG Healthcare. The largest privately owned Healthcare Staffing Company in the U.S. CHG Healthcare spends about $70M a year in travel services. Gordon, along with a team of about 30 travel agents work diligently to insure healthcare providers move about the country with a positive and cost effective travel experience.
Christine Zajda
Director- Procurement, Sourcing & Travel
Feld Entertainment, Inc.

Christine Zajda is the Director of Procurement, Sourcing & Travel for Feld Entertainment, Inc. Feld is the global leader in live touring family entertainment and producer of iconic entertainment brands, such as Disney on Ice, Disney Live, Sesame Street Live!, Marvel Universe Live!, Jurassic World Live Tour, Monster Jam and Monster Energy Supercross. Christine began her career at Feld by running away and touring with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus for 14 years. Christine has managed the Travel Program at Feld for the last 7 years. Feld has a unique business culture where a balance of savings vs quality of life is important and she has created a travel program that reflects that goal for their travelers by adding technology and travel benefits to Feld’s program.
